1 General Terms & Conditions

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hot 51's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A wagering requirement (x10) must be met before withdrawing any bonus funds.
• Each member may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance.
• Hot 51 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on hot 51, make sure you're familiar with the rules below. Following them properly will help you avoid any disputes.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The cash out feature is available on select markets — it does not apply to all bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hot 51 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Hot 51 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection during live betting.
• Maximum winnings are determined separately for each market.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under hot 51's Terms & Conditions:

• Misuse of the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Account hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets through automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Involvement in sports manipulation or match-fixing.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Hot 51 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• The member has submitted a request to close their own account.

Any valid balance will be returned to the member prior to permanent closure, unless forfeiture applies due to prohibited activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Any member can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
